From West Shore Road, turn right onto Eden Ave. This then bends round to the left and you're now on Solway Drive.
​Keep an eye out for a large grey building on the right! - Thats us!

On your Arrival

It is free to park at West Point House and we have 2 electric car charging points. There is also an overflow car park behind the property which is accessible from the road.

To get into the property there is a Keypad on the wall, to the right of the front door. The Key Code will be text or emailed across to you before your arrival.
(please do not share this code)
​Any issues please call 07769226797. 

​Throughout your stay, you can use the keypad for entry or the key fob which is on your key ring to unlock the front door. To use the key fob; simply press it against the doorbell. ​

Your Room

Your room number will be sent to you on a text or an email prior to your arrival. This is your room until your tenancy ends. 

All rooms are en suites and includes a set of towels and bed linen ready for your arrival! 

Directions to your room are on the wall in reception.

​Your room key will be left in the room for you ready!

Wifi is free and the password is WPH29076

Shared Areas

-The Kitchen-
The Kitchen is fully equipped with the kitchenware and crockery you will need for your stay. There is also a smaller kitchen located upstairs!
​The shelves in the Fridge, Freezers and Cupboards are labeled by room number. For washing up, simply rinse and place in the dishwashers and our lovely housekeeping team will sort the rest!

Help yourself to Tea and Coffee! 
-The Lounge/Dining-
Enjoy our spacious lounge/dining area.
There's plenty of seating which looks out onto the garden.
The TV has Sky channels and Netflix!

​There are also games / books in the TV cabinet which you can help yourself to.

We have 2 large tables for dining in this open space.

- The Garden -

Access to our Garden is through the living/dining room.
​
In the Garden there is a nice size decking area with plenty of seating.
Help yourself to the BBQ if you wish!
​This is also where the smoking shelter is.

> We do have hairdryers and can be given on request
> To operate the heating panel, see instructions in the  room
​> Room servicing can be done weekly
> Sky Channels available in the lounge
> Any maintenance issues please report as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue

​> Shared lounge TV cabinet has batteries for TV remotes

> Guests receive 10% meal discounts at The Crown Restaurant on Walney! 
> If you loose your key there may be a charge for a replacement. If you cant get into your room please call us and we can help
> Closest beach is 8 minute walk away! Turn right out of the carpark, then right at the 'T' Junction. 

​> We do have blankets which can be given on request

​> Cleaning products can be found upstairs between room 31 and 32

> Help yourself to the condiments, herbs and cooking oils in the kitchen

> We may have to go into your room if any maintenance issues arises but we will contact you with plenty of notice
