Walney Island is the perfect spot for whether you are visiting family, wanting to explore Nature, going on walking trails and a base for your trip in to the Lake District. 

Where our main clientele is Cooperate guests it makes the day times blissfully quiet and peaceful for our leisure guests. We have a lovely airy spacious lounge area which has the views of the Garden. Perfect spot for reading a book or catching up on your Netflix Series. 

The Kitchen is shared and has plenty of cooking facilities. It is fully equipped with all the kitchen-ware and crockery ready for you to cook up a scrumptious meal. 

Our Housekeeping team are famously known for their cleanliness and attention to detail and you don't even have to wash up. Use our dishwashers provided and our team will sort the rest! 

We do have Laundry services available at additional cost which is 24 hour turn around.
We can also provide Tea making facilities in your room ready for your arrival.

All rooms come with bed linen and a set of towels for your stay.
(refreshes are done for longer than 7 night stays)

Check in is 2pm and check out is 10am

Arrivals are arranged with a contactless check in - all information is provided prior to your stay
